Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to extensive trip preparation, and demand for each charter, cancellations must be made more than 60 days prior to the trips departure. Cancellations made more than 60 days before departure will be refunded, however the $1000 deposit fee will be held. Cancellations within 30 days will not be refunded or re-booked. We recommend each diver obtaining travel insurance should any unforseen circumstances happen within the 30 days and cancellation is required.

Terms & Conditions

• $1000 Deposit required for Booking Confirmation
• Balance to be paid prior to departure
• Booking deposits are non-refundable for cancellations within 60 days of departure 
• The owner of Kwakea Island Adventures reserve the right to cancel any activity for safety reasons
• Please ensure you are certain before booking as no refund will be given unless you can fill the spot you have withdrawn from. Deposits will be refunded once replacement diver has paid in full.

Safety Considerations

The safety and health of each guest is top priority; therefore charters may be adapted if conditions are not suitable. Kwakea Island Adventure reserves the right to cancel or amend any activities due to weather or ocean conditions.
