ESCAPE THE TOURIST SPOTS TO TRULY ESCAPE

Vanuatu is a sprawling nation that extends over 1,300km of the South Pacific Ocean, located to the east of Australia, northeast of New Caledonia, and west of Fiji.

Kwakea Island, situated at the northern end of Vanuatu’s island chain, is a short 50 minute scenic flight from Santo to Sola where you are then escorted by a 20 minute private boat ride to your new home.

Getting here

By Air:

  • Make your way to Vanuatu, by flying into Port Vila (Bauerfield International Airport), the country’s capital, or Luganville, Santo (Pekoa Airport).

  • From either Port Vila or Santo, you will catch a short domestic flight to Sola Domestic Airport. These flights only operate on Mondays and Fridays so make sure to plan your trip around these days.

  • Upon arrival into Sola, two Kwakea staff will be waiting to escort you on a short boat ride to your new home away from home- Kwakea Island.

We suggest booking your Domestic flights into Sola directly with Air Vanuatu reservations: reservations@airvanuatu.vu.

Local domestic charter flight is also an option. It’s more expensive however it will have you arriving here sooner with less wait times between flights. Contact Brett for further information on charter options.
