All stays require a minimum booking of one week, with check-in and check-out on Fridays or Mondays to align with flight schedules.
Each bungalow can be arranged with one double bed or two singles.
1-Week Stay
* 1 person in a private bungalow: $1,000
* 2 people sharing a bungalow: $1,600
* Exclusive island hire (up to 8 guests): $6,400
2-Week Stay
* 1 person in a private bungalow: $900 per week
* 2 people sharing a bungalow: $1,400 per week
* Exclusive island hire (up to 8 guests): $5,600 per week
3-Week Stay
* 1 person in a private bungalow: $800 per week
* 2 people sharing a bungalow: $1,200 per week
* Exclusive island hire (up to 8 guests): $4,800 per week
4+ Week Stay
* 1 person in a private bungalow: $700 per week
* 2 people sharing a bungalow: $1,000 per week
* Exclusive island hire (up to 8 guests): $4,000 per week

Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Kwakea Island Adventures, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as we can. However, due to extensive trip preparation and high demand for each charter, it is necessary for us to have a cancellation policy in place. Please read the following policy carefully:
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, we require that you do so at least 60 days prior to the beginning of your stay. Cancellations made more than 60 days from your stay date will be eligible for a refund, minus the $1000 AUD deposit fee, which will be held and can be used to re book.
No Refunds or Re-booking: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date will not be eligible for a refund or the option to re-book. We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.
Terms & Conditions
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we have established the following terms and conditions:
Booking Confirmation: A $1000 AUD deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 Days prior to your arrival. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
Right to Cancel: The owner of Kwakea Island Adventures reserves the right to cancel any activity or charter if there are safety concerns or unforeseen circumstances that may jeopardise the well-being of our guests. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide an alternative.
Due to the extensive planning required by Kwakea Island Adventures to run trips, no refund or rebooking is offered due to any flight cancelations. This is why it’s important you have comprehensive travel insurance.
Safety Considerations

In cases where conditions are not suitable, we may need to adapt or cancel activities. Please understand that this is done with your best interests in mind.
